Why WAINUT exists
Most AI projects fail. Not because the technology doesn't work, but because companies jump in without the right people, the right process, or the right governance. We saw this pattern over and over. Talented teams wasting months on proof-of-concepts that never reached production. Companies hiring AI talent that didn't fit. Automations built without thinking about adoption, security, or what happens when things go wrong.
WAINUT was founded in April 2024 from the merger of two companies: HUMANAGENT (established November 2022), an AI consultancy from Rotterdam, and WAINUT, an IT recruitment agency from Capelle aan den IJssel. Luciano and Seleman saw that organizations kept running into the same challenge: they needed guidance, training, and talent - but got three different agencies. With a team of 10 specialists, we do it differently now.
That's why WAINUT is the one-stop AI shop. AI Consulting, AI Training, and AI Staffing under one roof. The name? It's a play on 'Why not?' - because when AI is done right, there's no reason not to move forward.
